Senior Software Engineer with C++ (ref. SSA-CPP-LMP)

We are looking for an experienced C++ developer who will be joining an existing team. The ideal person is a highly experienced and skilled C++ developer who is familiar with modern development techniques and who will be able to coach junior team members to elevate their level and capabilities.

The successful candidate will Analyze, maintain, and improve complex source code. Analyze and contribute to architecture improvements. Analyze new requirements and design robust, efficient, and maintainable functional additions to existing software. Create highly efficient, reliable code, comprehensive unit tests, and technical documentation. Analyze and improve the performance of software.
Our problems are hard, requiring dedication, expertise and the ability to look at solutions from many different angles. It will be your job to make the hard choices and deliver on time, bug-free code that delights our clients and maximizes their value.

What it Takes:

6+ years of deep knowledge of C/C++, multi-threading, networking (TCP/IP).
Knowledge in C and other programming languages will be appreciated.
Technologically proficient with relational and NoSQL databases.
Practical experience in developing applications for Windows and Linux.
Practical experience with Data warehouses, historical real-time reporting systems or similar will be beneficial, however no direct requirement.
Thorough knowledge of software development principles and practices.
A passion for both mentoring and learning.
A true dedicated team player that desires to be where their work is understood and appreciated.
Diverse operating systems and industry knowledge are pluses.
